Assembly works (including construction and automation installation) are an important stage and an integral part of deploying modern automation systems. They are performed before commissioning testing, industrial commissioning, system startup, and delivery of the entire project to the customer.

• cable installation and routing of cable structures;
control cabinet assembly, connection of controls, and stands;
hardware installation of measuring devices on production equipment and pipeline systems;
• equipment connection and linking of pulse lines to devices;

• signal testing and loop checks;
• preparation of execution documentation.

Commissioning works ensuring reliable system operation

High-quality commissioning is essential for the stability and uninterrupted operation of engineering and technological systems throughout their life cycle. At this stage, system configuration and integration testing are carried out in line with the Customer’s requirements. The scope of work for commissioning includes:

  • verification of hardware installation and correct positioning of all components during assembly;
  • initial system startup and startup testing of equipment, machinery, and mechanical systems;
  • testing integration protocols with third-party equipment via digital communication channels;
  • signal calibration and functional testing in various operating modes (manual, automatic, remote);
  • commissioning testing to confirm interconnected operation of all systems;
  • adjustment of control software parameters and algorithms;
  • on-site training and operational training for the client’s personnel;
  • transfer of operational documentation to the Client.

Before the control system is fully deployed at the Client’s site, all equipment undergoes hardware connection checks and commissioning testing on a specialized test bench in the ASA-Projekt laboratory. This approach enables faster site commissioning and minimizes downtime at the Client’s facility.
