Assembly works (that include construction and installation works) are an important stage and an integral part of the implementation of Automated Process Control Systems (APCS). They are performed before commissioning works and delivery of the entire project to the customer.
ASA-Projekt qualified specialists execute construction and installation work following the developed project and schedule of works.

The full range of assembly operations conducted at the Client’s site includes:

 • installation of cable structures;
• connection of cabinets, controls, and stands;
• installation of measuring devices on production equipment and pipeline systems;
• connection of pulse lines to the devices;
• cable channel routing and connection;
• conducting control tests;
• preparation of execution documentation.

 The ASA-Projekt team can carry out the full range of assembly works, as well as perform the author’s supervision over the installation. A combination of both is also possible.
