Automated control system for technological processes of manufacturing products from composite materials

Development and implementation of control systems on pilot objects of composite materials products manufacturing:
– The object of preparation of initial components.
– The object of mixing and preparing mixtures.
– The object of polymerization.
– The object of diagnostics and testing

In the implementation of the tasks, a combined scheme of distributed and centralized data collection has been proposed for the project, considering the characteristics of technological processes. ASA offered a unified system of quality control for all objects.

A set of systems of automated control is developed, installed, and implemented. Data exchange protocols between different control systems were implemented on diverse automation platforms.
